Senior Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Investor Relations Specialist to join our team, specializing in working with high net worth individuals, hedge funds, and asset managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, a deep understanding of the financial markets, and experience in fundraising and investor communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, hedge funds, and asset managers
• Create and execute investor communications and fundraising strategies
• Manage the investor relations process, including the preparation of investor presentations and materials
• Coordinate and participate in roadshows, conferences, and other investor events
• Monitor industry and market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with other teams, including finance, marketing, and legal, to ensure alignment with overall company strategy

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, preferably with a focus on high net worth individuals, hedge funds, and asset managers
• Strong knowledge of the financial markets and investment products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• A degree in finance, business, or a related field
• CFA or other relevant professional qualifications are a plus
